NetCatalogue is a new product providing an easy to maintain, online product catalogue, unique to your business.

By creating custom templates, we tailor the look of your site to your existing business image (used in stationery, logos, signage etc) and provide advanced dynamic catalogue functions at a fraction of the cost of a custom-built dynamic site.

The features included in NetCatalogue V.1.0 are simple but powerful:

  • Individual branding for your entire site. Custom pages and templates make your catalogue website unique.
  • Domain name. No need to settle for www.someshopsite.co.nz/listings/YourBusiness. Your correct domain name is all your customers see.
  • Stock items divided by category and subcategory, as many as you need.
  • Item prices can be set for fixed or flexible quantities, with quantity discounts.
  • Items can be marked as "Out of stock".
  • Every category and every item can have it's own image and description.
  • All stock information is configurable by you from anywhere at any time using an internet browser.
  • A fraction of the cost of building your own site.
  • We can also take your existing static website and transfer it to our system.

NetCatalogue Pricing
(All prices are exclusive of GST).

Setup: $300
The setup fee includes:

  • Setting up your site online
  • Creating custom templates for your unique branding (based on your existing website or stationery)
  • Creating your home page and up to 2 other static pages.
  • Training in the use of the system

System Rental: $80 per month

The system rental charge can be paid monthly, to fit into your cashflow or you can pay annually or bi-annually, earning discounts. The rental charge includes:

  • Hosting your site online
  • Access to Catalogue administration functions
  • As many categories, sub categories and items as you wish
  • Free domain name hosting
  • Free email forwarding (anymail@yourdomain.co.nz to your existing email account)
  • Website hit reports by page and category
  • Phone support during business hours

Additional Options:

  • Email boxes, for domain email (yourname@yourdomain.co.nz): $5/box per month (unlimited addresses per box)
  • Additional Pages of non-catalogue content: $50/page (a one-off set up)
  • Changes to existing pages: $30/page at our discretion, simple changes will be made for free.
